Financial and Insurance Information
At Baltimore Back and Pain Center, we strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.
Accepted Payment Methods
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. We extend payment options to senior citizens and for payment in full at the start of treatment. We also provide sliding scale payment options (inquire to see if you qualify) to family members in treatment simultaneously.
Affordable Financing Options
Don’t let finances stand in your way in receiving the quality care you deserve! We are pleased to offer CareCredit financing options to make your treatment more affordable. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – staying healthy!
We will be happy to review our payment options with you to accommodate your financial needs. Please speak to our office manager prior to your appointment if you need to make special arrangements.
Insurance Policy and Accepted Insurance Plans
We will be happy to assist you with your insurance coverage. When you first visit our office, please bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please be sure to let our insurance department know. If an insurance referral is necessary, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
We accept all major insurance policies and will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 45 days. If we are not contracted under your insurance, you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form.
