Baltimore Back and Pain Center is special because of the level of attention we give our patients. With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Michael A. Dorn, Jr., DC develops all treatment plans and personally provides services on a regular basis. Our Baltimore practice has a warm, friendly environment that uses the latest techniques, and our staff’s experience exceeds most typical chiropractic offices. We explain everything about your care so there are no questions or reasons to feel nervous about receiving chiropractic or physical therapy services.

Schedule an appointment during the following treatment hours:
Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday: 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Appointments are an important part of your treatment plan, and this time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. A missed appointment must be made up within 7 days, and there is a $20 cancellation fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Our office staff will be glad to assist you with your insurance coverage. When you first visit our office, please bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please be sure to let our insurance department know. If an insurance referral is necessary, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
We accept most insurance plans and will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 45 days. If we are not contracted under your insurance, you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form.
